House and Views
Fitch Mountain Lookout is perched on the south side of Fitch Mountain in a peaceful,
rural neighbourhood. It’s a short walk to the beach and swimming, and a short drive to the
Healdsburg town square.
Enjoy the views no matter where you are in the house. Every room has spectacular views
over the river valley. |

Upper and Lower Decks
The large upper deck includes a BBQ, patio table, and comfortable
swing. It is accessible from either the kitchen or the living room.
You’ll love the very private lower deck with its hot tub, swing,
bistro table, and views of the river valley. It is directly accessible from
the Green Room and the Leaf Room. |

Living Room
The double-sized living room features a large picture window
that provides a spectacular view of the valley. It has cathedral
ceilings, a gas fireplace, and ample room for relaxing and entertaining.
We provide a television with basic cable, a home theatre sound
system, and a DVD/MP3/CD/VCR player (VHS movies available).
Warm by the fire on one of the two leather la-z-boy recliners
or enjoy the view from the futon in front of the picture window. |

Kitchen and Dining Room
The bright, fully-equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room and living room on one side.
On the other side, French doors lead to the upper deck BBQ and patio table.
Enjoy the dining room with its bay window and expansive valley views.

Master Bedroom
The large, bright master bedroom is perched above the living
room. It has cathedral ceilings and a valley view bay window
that serves as the headboard to the pillow-top queen bed. |

Leaf Room
This inviting suite has a charming platform double bed. Relax with
a book on the sofa or step through the sliding doors onto the
lower deck. |

Healdsburg is the Sonoma county wine country destination of choice, located just over an hour north of the Golden Gate bridge. Fitch Mountain serves as the backdrop to Healdsburg.
