REGULAR RATES (Mar - Nov) 1-4 guests: $395 per night. $2370 per week (7th night free). 5-6 guests: $445 per night. $2670 per week (7th night free). 7-8 guests: $495 per night. $2970 per week (7th night free). Children under 5 years old are FREE and may be added to the maximum occupancy of the home. WINTER RATES (Dec - Feb) 20% discount Holidays and event weekends excluded. LAST-MINUTE MIDWEEK SPECIAL FOR COUPLES $245 per night. Applies Sun - Thu. This rate is for 2 people using 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, plus the rest of the house to yourself. Reservations for this rate must be made within 14 days of arrival. 3-night minimum. ADDITIONAL CHARGES $125 cleaning fee. 9% county tax. $500 refundable security deposit. TIMEFRAMES • Check-in is 4pm or later. • Check-out is 11am or earlier. • Arrival may be any day other than Saturday. • Sometimes we can be flexible with check-in and check-out times. Just ask. RESERVATION POLICY • For arrivals within 4 months, full amount is due at time of booking. • For arrivals beyond 4 months, 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 60 days before arrival. CANCELATION POLICY $75 cancellation fee at any time. Cancellations within the 60-day period prior to arrival forfeit the entire stay. If the property can be rebooked, funds received from the new booking (minus cancellation fee) will be refunded. There are no refunds for early departures. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit check for $500 is required. When we receive this check, we do not cash it. If the property is in good condition after you leave, and none of the onsite policies listed in the rental agreement have been violated, we destroy the security deposit check. Otherwise, we will cash the check, and some or all of the funds will be forfeited. METHOD OF PAYMENT • Credit card, PayPal, or check. • 3% fee for payment by credit card or paypal. ONSITE POLICY OVERVIEW Our objective is to maintain the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood, to be respectful of neighbors, and to maintain the home in excellent condition for all future guests. • The person renting this home must be a responsible adult of at least 25 yrs of age, and must be one of the overnight guests for the entire rental period. • No one, other than registered guests, may be on the property without prior written approval. • No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). • No open flames or candles anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). • Do not park on our neighbor's property. There is parking for 4 small cars or 3 large cars. There is no street parking near the house. • Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. (Sonoma County regulations) • No pets.
