Since the spring of 2006, Fitch Mountain Lookout has been welcoming guests from all over the world.
At last count, we had over 200 positive guest reviews. The following testimonials were taken directly from
the guest book in our home...
When you reach that half century mark you want to be sure that the setting in which
you celebrate is more than perfect. Any other level of quality is unacceptable, as
the likelihood of doing it again in another 50 years is pretty small.
Well, thank goodness for Fitch Mountain Lookout with their owners Jennifer and
Stephen. First, the house is perfectly set out to both relax and entertain.
The multiple levels give it a sense of privacy while the large main level is
excellent for gathering people together. The front deck works well to relax, and
the lower deck offers both great views and a soothing hot tub. And for those who
can’t leave civilization, there is high-speed Internet access. We also used the
DVD, CD, VHS and MP3 player the entire time we were there. We brought all of our
favorite tunes on some CDs we burned specifically for the trip.
We have visited the Healdsburg area many times but never rented a home before.
This house makes me wonder why I would ever stay in a hotel again.
Lastly, when I got to the house there was a birthday cake and decorations.
Now how great is that!!

Hi Steve and Jen,
Our trip was fantastic!!! We had a wonderful time, and hated leaving the area.
The house was everything we could have asked for. It met our needs in every way,
and the view was spectacular. There is nothing more you could do to make our stay
more enjoyable. The house was very well equipped in all rooms and very clean.
We took full advantage of the kitchen, cooking some elaborate meals, and there
was not a single utensil that was lacking.
We are already looking forward to our next trip to wine country, and will definitely
look to see if Fitch Mountain Lookout is available. We are going to try and make
this a bi-annual trip. Please feel free to use us as a reference if you ever need
one. We all would highly recommend Fitch Moutain Lookout to everyone looking for a
place to stay while in wine country.

What a fun house and getaway! Since we also have a vacation hideaway near Yosemite,
it is always interesting to see how others do it. We particularly enjoyed the great
bottle of wine - Nice touch!
Your home is warm, cozy and comfortable. But most of all, it is so convenient - 5-10
minutes to town and within walking distance to the river. Wonderful views as well!.

Merry Christmas! What a great home to spend our Christmas in. We friends were away from family, but made ourselves at home for a wonderful Christmas meal. We travelled from Healdsburg to Medicino to Santa Rosa, and tried wines in Anderson Valley, the Russian River and Dry Creek areas. We laughed a lot, and credit that to our comfort in your house. What a great weekend! Even with the rain, we re-affirmed how much we love Sonoma County and Healdsburg is a wonderful town. It felt like being in a tree house staying here resting above the beautiful Russian River. Our limo excursion through wine country was FUN TIMES! With our driver, Dotty, taking great care of us. We picnicked at one of the wineries and ended our evening at Zin’s. Yum. Delicious.
The trip was a great memory-making time.

- Willi’s—in town. Insane tasty seafood.
- Cyrus—in town. Food lover’s nirvana, great bar.
- Dry Creek—also luscious and very friendly—nice place to eat at the bar.

- J- champagne and pinot noir!
- De La Montoya – fun stuff
- Anything on Westside Road
- Drives :
